Transparency principles
- The Foundation publishes its legal name, registration number and registered address.
- Contact details are public and monitored.
- Statements of activity are limited to verified activity.
- No financial figures, donors, grants or funding sources are published on this website.
- Documents are published only when they are complete and approved.
- Corrections are made openly when an error is identified.
Responsible governance and resource management
The Foundation is administered in accordance with its statute and the requirements applicable to voluntary organisations in Malta. Resources available to the Foundation are applied to its stated purpose, and proper records of decisions and activity are maintained.
This website does not publish financial statements. Where the Foundation is required to submit documentation to the competent authorities in Malta, that documentation is prepared and submitted in accordance with those requirements.
Public information and requests
Members of the public may request information about the Foundation's identity, purpose and activities using the published contact details. Requests are answered as fully as the Foundation is able, and where information cannot be provided, the reason is stated.
